What I learned from shooting my show this season: no matter what fear we face if we push forward with all of our energy behind our intentions we will make it to the other side better than we began. I had no idea how or if I could do the work I was born to do with a part of me still missing. This last year in particular, I have put every ounce of my heart and soul into rebooting our show this season. This is so symbolic of how I am coping with my own life over the last few years. I cried, screamed, and I put one foot forward and pushed off into the unknown. I thought it would be an amazing adventure our audience would love to watch and maybe do one day!!! What I didn’t expect was being overcome with fear the moment I set foot on the edge of the Double Barrel. I pushed very hard to include ziplining over grape vines in this episode.
